The publisher, Dalton Barron, is also a licensed Louisiana real estate agent affiliated with Real Broker, LLC.

That professional relationship may occasionally overlap with subjects covered by the publication.

337.NEWS will not knowingly present a financial or professional interest as independent reporting without disclosure.

If Dalton Barron has a direct material interest in a property, transaction, business, client relationship, referral arrangement, or other subject covered by an article, that relationship should be disclosed when relevant.

Editorial coverage of real estate markets, properties, public records, or industry practices should not be interpreted as a solicitation of another agent’s represented client.

Reporting may identify weaknesses, risks, pricing anomalies, market conditions, or other findings when supported by available evidence.

The purpose of that reporting is informational and editorial.

Sources, advertisers, sponsors, clients, brokerages, and commercial partners do not receive editorial approval rights over independent reporting unless explicitly identified as sponsored or contributed material.
